Ruhland's Strudel Haus started in 2002 as a food concession for art fairs and community events. We have now grown into a producer of artisanal hand-made, frozen, take-and-bake strudels with over 45 varieties from which to choose.
Traditional Apple, seasonal Colorado Peach, and scrumptious Blueberry–Lemon strudels are among the many sweet options available.
Savory entrée strudels include, but not limited to, such unique creations as Spinach-Feta-Artichoke Heart strudel, Brat and Sauerkraut strudel, and Chicken Asparagus Alfredo strudel.
Importantly, we make every effort to use Minnesota Grown produce whenever possible & seasonably available.
Marketed through a variety of specially selected retailers, farmer’s markets, and fundraisers in the Twin Cities, our reputation as a premium food producer continues to develop and grow.
