At Ruhland's Strudel Haus, we pride ourselved in providing our customers with creative artisinal food that is of premium quality and yet so easy to prepare.

Each of our strudels is handmade using the freshest and finest ingredients.  Our strudels go from the freezer to the oven.  In about 45 minutes you have love on a plate.

Our company was born, fueled by a love of bringing people together with food and a deep desire to develop a unique product to be enjoyed by many.  Tom Ruhland's passion for excellent, artisinal food, a love of face-to-face contact with people and strudel recipes he'd developed over ten years have merged into Ruhland's Strudel Haus.
